Residential or Commercial Lighting Maintenance Plans
We offer annual total system bulb replacement / maintenance plans priced at varying levels. Bulbs replaced at time of annual system-wide replacement are guaranteed for one year.
On the various plans’ scheduled visits, fixtures are re-aimed or relocated as needed and the following items are checked and replaced or repaired as needed at no additional charge:
- Bulbs
- Wiring connections
- Lighting fixtures (if within limits of original stated product warranty)
- Fixture stakes
- Lenses
We honor all manufacturer warranties for products we sell and install (lighting fixtures and low-voltage transformers) by replacing or repairing products as necessary at no charge for either parts or service for the time periods stated at time of original product purchase. We service what we sell and we stand behind our products.
